Exchanges and Returns

Our top priority is ensuring your bird’s safety. Due to risk of avian disease, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns for toys and perches. However, if you are anything less than JOYful about your order, please contact us and we will talk through solutions with you.

Please contact us within 3 days (sooner if possible!), if your natural bird toys or perches were damaged during shipping to discuss a refund or replacement product. To help ensure future products arrive at their destinations in great condition, we may ask you for a photo of the damage or request the broken product to be sent back to us. Note: Returned products are never resold.
